INquiring about windsurfing vacation in Columbia River. I am 53,have windsurf from 1986 to 1996, and not since. Want to get back into it.. Have an 8 year old who wants to learn. Is Columbia River a good location for us to do this? Is 8 years old too young to learn? Considering vacation plans in mid to late July 2009. 10 days or so.
