Good to see I wasn’t the only one strugling.. while I only tsrated on colum 1 week 3 I breezed through it, but week 4 has been interesting, day 1 and day 2 I fell short on rep 5 arms just had nothing left. But a 10min rest I was able to do another set of 10. So after 8 days and 323 push ups I’m really feelin the difference in shoulders and chest. On that note it will be interesting to see how my indurance test goes at the end week 4. It’s been fun so far
